Student Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Registration

By enrolling in our courses, students agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Meet all course entry requirements
  • Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
  • Attend all scheduled classes and practical sessions
  • Comply with academy policies and procedures

2. Student Conduct

All students must:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Maintain professional standards at all times
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Care for academy equipment and facilities
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding other students and clients
  • Dress appropriately and maintain personal hygiene standards

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Regular attendance is essential for successful course completion. Students must maintain a minimum 85% attendance rate. Excessive absences may result in course failure or requirement to retake modules. Students must notify the academy of any absence as soon as possible.

4. Health and Safety

Students must:

  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
  • Use equipment properly and as instructed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect training

5. Assessment and Certification

Students will be assessed through practical demonstrations, written work, and portfolio development. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements. Students who do not meet the required standards may be offered additional support or the opportunity to retake assessments.

6. Equipment and Materials

Course fees include basic equipment and materials as specified in the course information. Students are responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Personal equipment must meet academy safety standards.

7. Payment Terms

Payment options include:

  • Full payment in advance (5% discount applies)
  • Deposit plus monthly installments
  • Payment plans subject to credit approval
  • Late payment charges may apply

8. Withdrawal and Refunds

Cooling-off Period

Students may cancel within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund.

After Course Commencement

  • Refunds calculated based on completed course percentage
  • Administration fee may apply
  • No refunds after 50% course completion
  • Exceptional circumstances considered individually

9. Disciplinary Procedures

The academy reserves the right to suspend or exclude students who breach these terms or engage in misconduct. A fair disciplinary process will be followed, including warnings and opportunities for improvement before any final decisions.

10. Complaints Procedure

Students with concerns should first speak to their instructor or the student support team. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the Academy Director. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days.

11. Data Protection

Student information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Students consent to the use of their information for educational purposes, certification, and alumni services.
