Course structure

Days 1 to 2: Advanced technique. Master-level cuts, precision and complex styling on live models.
Days 3 to 4: Creative artistry. Design work, creative expression and current trends.
Day 5: Mastery and mentoring. Coaching others, business growth, assessment and certification.

About the course

Master Barber is a short, intensive course for barbers with real experience behind the chair. In five days you push your technique to master level and learn how to pass your skills on.

It is taught by senior barbers from the Decent Cut team, with plenty of time on live models and honest, detailed feedback. Many barbers take it before moving into teaching, mentoring or managing a team.
